Just One.” GTE, one of the first to market bundled telecommunications services, needed a direct mail piece that clearly communicated its unique value proposition to the consumer. With 8.5% response and over 70% close rates, this direct mail monster exceeded all expectations—earning the company-wide ire of dedicated call center staff.
